We love the idea of fusion. Bringing together things that you wouldn't normally think go together. That is why we opened a place where you can get an awesome meal, dessert and even a show.

Poke bowls are amazing. They are tasty, fresh and healthy. But if you've eaten at one poke shop, you've probably eaten at all of them. That's because they all use the same ingredients. We wanted to show that not all Poke bowls are created equal. We wanted to bring in unique and fresh ingredients, and let our customer's imaginations go wild. We've spent a lot of time crafting our sauces and researching ingredients to allow you to make something unique.

In addition to the Poke, we wanted to serve some treats. Rolled ice creams are handmade deliciousness. We take fresh ingredients and our ice cream base and combine them on the ice place. You can watch our ice cream chefs mix your fresh ingredients into ice cream. Then top it off with a wide variety of toppings.
